Need to confirm Part# asap

I bought a used LINK PLUS for my 2001 subaru impreza RS that i'm turbo'n It came with a WRX timming board init instead of the RS one. The person i bought it off of had it on a turbo'd 2.2L subaru legacy. From what i'm told the US wrx and the RS share the same timming board. Its the JDM wrx that is different. Could anyone comfirm if this is true? Could anyone also tell me by the serial and part# from the board what i have, a US wrx or JDM wrx timming board? Serial# 006571 Part# e9relx2 Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated. Thanks-Charlie

The sticker on the sub-board micro should say SUBWRX2k for your application.  If it has this then you are OK otherwise contact a Link delaer for a sub-board change.  The same board is used for US and JDM subby's after about 2000.  Before that they had seperate sub-boards.
