Guest |257|
The vipec tunning software sometimes says that the Internal map sensor its at ground... and then starts to measure again and the error goes out.. and also when i turn off and on the vipec (via key switch) the software says that the hardware 3 block has a problem.. but when i check the status it says "OK" is this normal???? Best Regards.. Bruno.
rayhall
Bruno, You can get the map sensor at ground error when closing the throttle after hard acceleration. This is casued by the MAP sensor lower range limit being set too high. This setting can be found in Analog Inputs -> Fault Settings. Make sure the ECU has firmware version 4.3.4 loaded and you are using 4.3.4 software.

Guest |229|
I get this same error. Hardware block 3. And I am using the latest firmware. ECU works fine, just click okay to the error message. And no errors reported in status.
