Guest |164| Posted June 5, 2009 Report Share Posted June 5, 2009 Does a Skyline GTS-t R33 need to use the AUX o/p 2 for fuel pump speed?? I can't find any wiring diagrams that clearly state if it uses it or not. I know it is connect to pin 104, but that’s about all I know. Any information would be much appreciated. rayhall Posted June 6, 2009 Report Share Posted June 6, 2009 The fuel pump needs to operate at full speed at high rpm and manifold pressure. If you want to use the output for something else, then connect the wire in pin 104 to ground so the pump runs at full speed all the time. Ray. Guest |164| Posted June 7, 2009 Report Share Posted June 7, 2009 Thanks Ray, In that case then, I might try wiring in the FP speed in with the Cam output as this switches on over 80kpa or above 4000rpm. hopefully it will work and i can then use the output to adjust the weight of the power steering now that my Hicas rear steer has gone!!!!
