Guest |304|
I'm using version 4.4.3 and when I try to delete and/or save logs in the Log File Manager (when there are no log files that even exist), it seems it goes recursive and keeps popping up error dialogs. I know this is a condition that most people will never experience but I figured I would report it anyways.
Guest |141|
what windows are you using?
rayhall
The log file manager, is used to retrieve and save data logs from the ECU memory. It has nothing to do with the logs you create in the PC software logging. Ray.
Guest |304|
I understand that. Sorry for not being clear. I purposely connected to the ECU using: ECU Controls--> ECU Log File Manager I then hit delete log file when there was no files. Again, on purpose. The application then gave a series of identical error dialogs.

rayhall
Are you saying you are removing the USB cable while downloading a data log ? Ray.
Guest SHURA
while the log download was on USB cable dropped out the hub because I moved the notebook accidentally.
rayhall
If the USB cable looses contact while downloading a data log, then something like this would be expected. I will see if a more elegant way can be found to recover from this suituation Ray.
