I'm building a car computer interface to the ViPEC and would prefer to just use the one cable to do everything, rather than having to use the second cable in the CAN (serial) port. Or is it possible to have the ViPEC communicate using the serial protocol over the USB port? I realize it isn't possible to use the CAN (serial) port in USB mode, but is it possible to use the USB port in CAN (serial) mode?
