Guest |731|
Hi all, After having the v88 siting around for the last year I'm finally getting it wired up in to my nissan FJ20 turbo rally car next week, so I have three newbie questions Q1 Does anyone use launch control on a gravel rally car or am I wasting my time? Q2 can the front wheel probe that I use for the MONIT rally computer also be used as a speed input to the v88 or do I require separate probe? Q3 how hard is it to get a base code for a Nissan FJ20 turbo running a SR throttle body and 610cc injectors? I'm looking forward to feeling the difference after using a factory ecu on a rebuilt motor for the last year Thanks Trevor
rayhall
Q1. Depends how much boost you need to get off the line. Q2. The digital inputs will read variable reluctor and hall effect sensor signals. Q3. SR20 maps are available. They are unlikely from an engine with the same injectors. Ray.
