Hi Kimple,

Yes Im sorry your question is not very clear.  I will try to give some general info.

A +12V signal from the starter motor is connected to pin Q28, this goes to the ECU Digital input 3.  The signal should be +12V when the engine is cranking and 0V at all other times.  This "start signal" is only used by the ECU to add extra fuel prior to starting, this function is called "pre-crank prime".
