Do you happen to know what lambda controller the dyno had?  Im wondering if maybe it was running at a different speed so he has reprogramed the CAN lambda to run at some other speed.  Otherwise it should have been found.

You could try changing the bit rate to 250K & 500K and doing the "find devices" again to see if it is found.  You will have to hit apply after changing bit rate.

The dyno one is an m&w controller with a ntk sensor. Can try different speeds and see if it picks it up as I have not tried that yet.

  2. It isn’t working at the moment. I have turned it all off since. Have played with the settings as per the link manual and haven’t had much luck. Did have it working at one point but seems to not work at all now.

You have 2 lambdas set up?  Is that correct?  Which one do you want sent to the gauge?  Or the average of the 2?

Should be just the link can lambda and the can gauge. Had other channels active for dyno tuning.

  4. Hi,

Have a Haltech can gauge that I would like to setup in my monsoon x. Would like the following but may not be able to get all the channels as I understand?

Water Temp, Oil temp, Oil Prerssure, Can wideband Link, Fuel Pressure

Also am setting up ecu hold power function have wired it as per the help file and car still works as per normal but am not seeing a delay after it is switched off at the ignition switch. Ecu turns of as soon as the key is switched off. Any ideas on this?

    The tune file is below.

    Thanks in advance

  5. Had a look this afternoon. Tried the setup with Aux Fuel Value1= on and set to 5 with not much luck. Tied setting up the factory pump trigger as a virtual aux then set it up like above with the same result. Even tried RPM > 100 to see and no result. Kind of stumped why it doesn't react as with fp speed it seems to work with the change points and ramps up and down. Was thinking it was the output but if it does work with fp speed it should be able to do GP PWM

  6. Have a g4+ and trying to GP PWM out to aux 2 to drive a evo 7 style radiator fan speed controller to drive two walbro 255 fuel pumps in a surge tank. I want to use the factory trigger the lift pump as a on/off. Seems to work if I turn on FP Speed but I want a table like GP PWM setup which I don't have. Any Ideas what I am doing wrong? Hopefully I logged it right.

  7. Got hold of a second hand used throttle body and had it fail twice coming home with the same tp 1 target error. Kinda sounds like a setup problem that two throttle bodies do a similar thing. Did a log coming home but it was bigger in file size than what is allowed.

That log is only a 9 second recording of the engine idling after the fault had already occurred.  E-throttle was already shut down before the start of this log.  Did you attach the correct file?  Do you have one of the actual fault happening.

Not sure what happened there it was logging when i left and seems to have saved part of it. Will have another go tomorrow and see if it will do it again.

this is going to sound really strange, but i am sure mine did the same, i am using the link NTC1-8 sensor, it was just not reading voltage, also connecting through an temp 3.

i changed the sensor type to Delphi AC ECT and it mysteriously started reading voltage correctly without me touching the wiring ?  i think they are Delphi sensors anyway.

Figured mine out last night. Was going to move the pin to a aux with a external pull-up resistor but noticed my joint had broke under the heatshrink and hadn’t tested that part of the harness. Now seems to work fine. Can’t thank Adam enough he has been a great help and put up with some of my basic questions.

How hard is that to setup on the software side? Had a look for fuel sender options and it wasn't obvious. i was just going to run it through the ecu as it looked more straight forward but can go through the dash as i have one last input left.

Worked it out easy enough. Going through my sensors today to check the all work and seem to be having a issue with my oil temp sensor which is on an temp 3. Checked the sensor and the wiring and all checks out and get a reading on the multimeter. Its almost like it isn't connected to the channel just reads 4.95v

If you connect it direct to the dash analog input then you dont need the RC Filter as the dash software has filters built-in that are suitable for fuel level.

  12. Worked it out had my switch tolerance set to zero and its supposed to be zero but was reading 0.01 set it to 0.10 works fine now. Sorry my stuff up.

last thing I would like to do before the car is tuned. I want to see the fuel level on the dash as a percentage. My sender reads 2 ohms full and 41ohms empty seen a old post of yours for making the rc converter using two resistors a 100 ohm 5v pull up then a 18k to a 1000uf cap. is this likely to work for me?

Use this map, I changed the cruise lights to virtual auxes as the CAN auxes are fully implemented yet.

You can look at the Virtual aux states on the auxiliarty tab of the runtimes values screen.

    MitsubishiVR4Galant-LegnumG4XtremePlugin.pclrno2 new CANB.pclx 405.69 kB · 1 download

Still doesn't show under the virtual aux for either cruise status. Had a win with the check engine though and even shows up on the dash with the test mode.
