    Cyclic idle rb25neo

so i gave these settings a go before i wired up a switch to arm it. the idle is extremely erratic and inconsistent. so i did some video hunting and noticed alot of peoples sounded alot more consistent and choppy. where as mine sounds as if it was on boost and breaking up if you get what i mean. copied the settings to a tee other then having a switch to arm it. What am i missing here or something i can possibly change. does link utilise ignition based cyclic idle or fuel based? both seem to sound very different but nothing like how mine sounds when active haha.

    Cyclic idle rb25neo

cheers adam really appreciate it, picked up a latched switch on my way home from jaycar today and will give this a try. i have 4 flying leads i hooked up when doing the loom for high/low boost control and rolling antilag. just need to remember what pins i used. now that the car is on flex fuel running a low and high boost setup i can use one of those for the cyclic idle instead. ill keep you updated in here if i run into any issues. seems pretty straight forward though. in relation to my comment, after reading your post again. as mentioned i had intended to setup rolling anti-lag at some point, looking at your arming system. you have DI6 to activate. im wondering am i able to have cyclic idle on a latched switch and antilag on a momentary. or will i run into an issue here, is it even possible to have both features ready to go when i want or will they clash seeing as cyclic idle is placed within the antilag drop down menu?

    Cyclic idle rb25neo

i have since had my r34 tuned and made a healthy 412kw and im super happy about how everything went with Link and how it performed. anyways someone had mentioned to me about cyclic idle being able to cool the car down and limit my time in pits letting it cool off. So im asking the community if anyone has screenshots or setups that i may be able to use and tweak or if you have it setup on your rb25/26 would copying it work? the car runs a bosch 82mm DBW throttle body, can lambda, 4 bar map sensor, 264/272 kelford cams, stock bottom end, 3076GTX. still very new to this software so any help would be great as i try to wrap my head around this ECU
  4. May have just worked it out, so my ecu has been modified for DBW. If I unplug flying leads from my loom I can reconnect to the ecu no problem, as soon as I plug in the throttle body I lose connection.... Question is why?
  5. Me and my tuner were going through some E throttle setup yesterday through team viewer, about midway through we lost connection to the ecu and haven't been able to connect again. Can here the throttle motor clicking rapidly. Tried the firmware update and same deal, the two LEDS on the ecu just blink rapidly. And the below fault on the screen pops up. Tried a different laptop and same result. Checked for decent voltage and maybe dead fuses but nothing out of order. Any help from here would be greatly appreciated. Have team viewer available if that's helps 20220814_110241.mp4

    R34 GTTX DBW wiring

Ok that actually makes alot more sense. I did read the booklet and read the pinouts on the board. AN VOLT 4 seems to be the original TPS main. So I just need to find 3 more spare AN VOLT inputs to use. I can also see the MAF one you were talking about so just two more I'll need to track down? Sorry for all the questions haha I really do appreciate you being patient Adam

Ok maybe not as clear as I thought haha. Obviously aux 9/10 Goto E throttle +/- as stated I'm having trouble figuring out FPS MAIN and SUB and TPS MAIN and SUB. Figured out 5v out and sensor grounds God I'm such a newb When it comes to wiring haha

    R34 GTTX DBW wiring

So I have just got my ecu back from link with the modification for DBW I have 4 new wires coming off the board, AUX 9, AUX 10, AN VOLT 7, AN VOLT 11. I have tried to do some digging on wiring for pedal and the TB but getting alot of conflicting Information, if anyone has clear instructions or diagram on how this should be wired up I'd be super appreciative as we are currently in lockdown and access to my tuner is very limited ATM Thankyou from wiring newb Regards Lucas
