  1. Yes I've been testing on windows 10. I need to find the drivers for that device. Tomorrow I'll try it again on Android.
  2. I gotta find drivers for this thing but the website is completely Chinese. My plan is to use this on Android so i have no idea how drivers even work on Android or how i will install them?
  3. Edit #2: adding a ground didn't do anything, still nothing on realdash ok i figured it out, the CAN Analyzer isn't even showing up in realdash, it was something else connected to COM3 that i was trying to connect to. so i gotta figure out why it's not showing up on realdash at all.
  4. it's no longer taking down the CAN network but i'm still not getting any data on the CAN monitor in realdash. also my PDM is using CAN ID 1000 so i should probably change that. where can i find the XML? i tried using the realdash built in Link CAN Short or whatever it's called but like i said, not seeing anything. i have tried multiple XML files now from the introducing... thread and still no luck. i think my CAN Analyzer isn't set up right. let me try adding a ground and see if it does anything different. the CAN light on it is on and so is the USB light but realdash is still not seeing anything at all.
  5. Has anyone gotten realdash working through CAN on the monsoonx using the CAN Analyzer Type 2? whenever i connect the CAN Analyzer to my CAN network everything on the network stops working including my PDM, CAN Keyboard, and ECU. is the ground on the CAN Analyzer necessary or is CANH and CANL enough? Also what CAN ID does the Analyzer use i can't seem to find any info on that. I'm using this CAN Analyzer as recommended by Realdash. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000925486786.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.73e84c4dPY5ahr
  6. i'm a total noob when it comes to ECUs and especially CAN stuff. so i have a monsoonx and an ECUmaster PMU16. They're connected through CAN2, all resistance values and everything is fine. On CAN2 in parallel i also have an ECUMaster Keyboard which is working just fine. now for the life of me i can't get the LINK to notice the PMU16 at all. i changed channel 2 on CAN1 on the link to receive data stream, transfer data stream, changed IDs and when i go to search for devices nothing ever shows up. not the keyboard or the PMU16. is there any sort of documentation someone can link me to get started with setting up CAN stuff with the LINK? sorry i'm pretty clueless when it comes to CAN, but i'm not an idiot and can learn stuff pretty quickly. thanks for any help in advance.
  7. Hi, i was told by support that you could help me with PMU16 CAN Setup with a Link Monsoon?

I simply want the LINK to output a few data points like ECT, RPM, and other things.

I've never done any CAN Set up and this is my first standalone ECU so i'm just trying to learn everything.
