Is it possible to use a fueltech dual solenoid boost control with a g4+ extreme? Do those ECU's have two outputs for boost control or can I use one solenoid on the boost controller?

Cool thanks. I forgot to mention that the unit is really old I'd say 7 years over. It's the red aluminium housing. Still good or no?

Hi guys 

I'm using motec hall effect sensors on a thunder ecu. On the data sheet it dies state that these sensors are 5 to 30 volt sensors. Can I use a 12 volts supply which I already have there? Or do I need to use a  5 or 8 volt output?

hi dx4picco yeah the trigger system is still the standard rb crank angel sensor. thanks heaps for that. il give it a go in the next few days and let you know

Hey guys how are you?

IV got a thunder in a vl with an rb30. It was running wasted spark with an el cool pack and I have just wired up 6 r35 coils using 6 ignition out puts. I have change the ignition mode to direct spark. The car doesn't start. And looks like the timing out. Should the car start? Or is this normal and Im not doing something to get it going?

I was wondering if anyone can send me a diagram of how I can wire up the thunder to a vl RB 30 crank angle sensor. Wiring diagrams, pin outs etc.

Also can I load a vl map from a g4+ extreme into the thunder?

Hi guys 

I'm wiring up a g4 thunder and have low impedance injectors in the car. Is there a function in the ecu that will allow me to run the low impedance injectors? Or do I need to change injectors or add a resistor?
