    INJECTION TIMING

Hi Adam, ok ok I understand now... perfect, the cam sensor only informs about the ignition phase. The spark timing is ok, we are checked with a timing light and calibrated at idle and at 3000rpm, no observing offset on the spark timing, so we are sure that the injection timing is the same than the table. Great! thank you very much!!
  2. Hi Adam, I changed the BAP to internal and immediately the data go to 101kPa, after this the setting of the master fuel is fitted on 10ms, slight modify the crank and starts settings, warmup settings and base map with values below the existing. The engine starts and maintain the idle perfectly. About the trigger 1 signal I check the rpm value on the log screen observing a missing signal in the range of 5000rpm. after the change of rpm sensor the engine is another... you were right, now the engine not stops and the acceleration is good, included in the street. thank you very much!! Hi Adam, ok I check the gap between the sensor and tooth and how is connected the sensor to ECU in order to know if the feed voltage is 12V because I'm not have made the installation . If the feed voltage are at 12V then I install the pull-up resistor in order to get a good voltage signal. The coils are NGK-r8 from Audi I think, I check the ground of coils. thank you very much!!
  3. Hi Adam, ok I can use the tacho auxiliary output set to Aux3? or directly Aux3?
  4. Hi, anyone know if it is possible the rpm connection between Link G4X and PI Research System 2 dash? thank's!!
  5. Hi Adam I send you the log triggers at 5000rpm TriggerScopeLog6.llgx
  6. Hi Confused, thany you very much!!
  7. Hi everybody, I want install an external light to make the gear shift more efficient but I don't have idea how doing this. the light will be based only on rpm, don't have sensor shift.

    INJECTION TIMING

Hi Adam, ok but if the sensor cam is not well calibrated the real injection timing will be different from the table. so, the unic way to determine if the injection timing is exactly than the table is via the correct calibration of trigger 2 no? I attach the log file from trigger 1 and 2 at idle, can you see the signal from trigger 2 is a window with a width that occupe various tooths of rpm wheel. I have syncronized the signal of cam sensor at third tooth after the gap, this is correct? TriggerScopeLog5.llgx

    INJECTION TIMING

Hi, Does anyone know if it is possible to determine through the logging function, or another mean, the exact injection timing? I'm refer to real injection timing not the value on the table. We not are sure if the cam sensor is well calibrated.. thank's!!!
  10. ok Adam tomorrow I work on the car and I acquire the trigger at 5000rpm. Yes is an ABF engine. The crank and cam sensor are powered by 12V.
  11. Hi, I only have the trigger scope at idle, with trigger scope function on Ecu controls. I've try to acquire the scope at 5000rpm with the logging feature (vehicle running on road) but don't appear on screen.. I send you the two logs and the video of the first test on road. thank's!!! 12. Hi Adam!! set the BAP to internal, changed the rpm sensor and some adjust on master fuel, base map, cold start and cranking and the engine runs very well. The trigger 1 had missing signals close to 5000 rpm. now the idle and acceleration is very good. thank you very much!!
  13. Good morning Adam, yes I can see how the BAP is reading 4.4kPa, so the ecu interprets a low ambient pressure than normal and the ecu tends to lean the engine is this correct? the BAP sensor is calibrated from the existing tables in the list (BOSCH), so the sensor does not work properly, is it possible? before I sent you the question topic I changed the BAP sensor from AnV1 to internal when engine was running on idle, but the engine stops immediately. the change to internal is better before start the engine? today I go to sent you the log files from triggers, it is possible that the rpm sensor not runs correctly, it's ok?
  14. Hi Adam, thanks for the reply, I send you the copy of tune. The behavior of lambda, have you any reason to explain this trend? ABF 2_0 IBIZA6.pclx
  15. Hi, I've an G4X on four cylindres engine, 2.0 16V VW with ITB's Jenvey. The engine starts without problems, when it is warm after accelerations without charge the engine will go to stop, not holding the idle rpm. Now the control is on Closed Loop Lambda and the control of fuel and ignition is based on TPS (don't have MAP sensor), but looking the lambda signal this goes to zero after the acceleration. Another things that I think not normally are: master fuel on 50ms (it is impossible start the engine with values below the injectors have a continuous flow rate of 450cc/min), AccDecay in only 2% (values above this not permit a good acceleration and curious affect the lambda value at idle..) any help is greatly appreciated PC Datalog - 2022-04-1 1;39;32 pm.llgx Log acceleration.docx
