So does adjusting the master fuel not make it run any better?

It does somewhat but wants to stall. Or if I rev it a bit and let off of the gas, it dips down to almost a stall. I was thinking now that I have all sensors hooked up I can us quick tune. Or modelled mode.

  2. I got ID 1300 injectors but set on traditional mode. I've put all the injector info in and set up the fuel pressure and it's reading same on the radium gauge on the regulator as far as accuracy. The master fuel is 5 ms. Min effective pulse with is .05 ms. I'm just watching your video on how to send a file link. Once I figure it out I'll send a file. Maybe someone can look at it for me. Thanks for the fast response brother, and on a Sunday too. Appreciate it.

  3. Actually I just figured it out. The pins on the harness were different but figured it out. 16 and 35 were on the bottom of my connector. The colors you told me were correct and both sensors are working now. I think im getting the hang of it lol. Any advice for steps in trying to tune it somewhat myself, I'd like to drive it to the tuners instead of trailering it. The car starts, but runs like shit. Realizing I've put bunch of upgrades (1300x injectors, return fuel system, turbo, fully built engine and so on) anyway any advice on where to start would be huge, like the steps to getting it starting better and to idle normal.  I dont expect a full lesson lol, maybe the steps to learn. thanks on my part. Seriously appreciate the advice you guys offer.  Awesome group and product.

You will need an AN Volt input for the press sensor and another for the wideband.  If you already have both wires ran to the ecu then I would connect to AN Volt 10 on pin 35 and AN Volt 11 on pin 16

I'm looking at my harness and I see 16 but 35 underneath it is empty. I'm looking at my fsm and it shows them both as AF sensor bank 1

  5. Sorry. I've already ran the temp/pressure sensor wires into the interior and I have an expansion loom from ecu, I'm already using temp 4 on the loom but need an volt for pressure part no? Sorry I probably sound like a tool. I have a tuning session coming up and was trying to have everything ready for the tuner. And it's an INNOVATE wideband with controller. Wich is another an volt in I need no? That's why I figured I can use the extra injector or coil pins on ecu.

  6. Here comes another newbie question. When it says "using unused injector or coil pins" does that mean I have to look at factory harness and look for that pin, then use it for the an volt that I need for? (temp/pressure sensor) Also, there's a fuel tank temp sensor I guess in my g35 but I have a temp sensor on the rail, (temp/pressure) can I use that pin if needed? One more question. When my key is in the first position, my o2 sensor gauge comes on. Does that mean the sensor itself is on and heating up? Thanks in advance and sorry for the newbie questions, just trying to learn this stuff.

  7. Ill try and go into a bit more detail, sorry about that.   im working with a 04 g35 coupe. rear mount turbo and mac valve beside it, with wires coming back to the ecu. are you saying that i can tap into a an inj or ign wire in the ecu connector providing its not being used for anything else? im gonna assume the pins are the same on 350z and g35 , as link has it posted in the pinout section. or can i use the expansion cable instead, aux 14 or 15 or DI8 or DI9?

(second question). I have a stylech 10bar temp/pressure sensor coming from fuel rail and wires through  the fire wall to ecu. I have an expansion cable connected to the one with   [gnd, +5  aux 15, aux14, DI 8, DI9 Volt8] am i correct by saying the 4 wires from the sensor (pressure and temp output) goes to an AN volt, and one to ecu ground, and one too +5 wires. and if so, what do i need to do besides getting another expansion cable? (since there's only 1an volt on this connector) im okay wiring and have a bunch of different types of pins if needed. sorry for the huge story, but i'm a new guy to the ecu thing. seriously appreciate all the advice in advance. its sick how people help each other out on here. (ps) do i need to worry about a resister or anything using this expansion cable connector that i used? i still have to figure out how to upload the info to the ecu lol. this seems a lot harder then building the motor.

  8. Hey adam very new to the ecu tuning stuff and i have a couple/few questions. first i wanna say thanks for all the info you provide for all us new guys and gals. first question is. i have a fuel pressure and temp combo sensor and an expansion cable to the ecu. where do i wire to the sensor too? can i tap into an existing input on the ecu or a DI?  i mean can i use D-I on the expansion cable?  second question is, how do i hook up MAC valve wires? i know one is 12v and one is a ground and do i need a fuse in the middle and an (on off) switch?  thanks again in advance

  9. So sorry to waste your time Adam, did some research and ended up being the coil pack shorting out the ecm fuse. I guess when I unhooked the coil pack for timing light placement, I pulled a connector wire and it musta touched eachother and shorted out. Fixed that, replaced the fuse and bam, it connected right away and fan turned off. Thank you so much for your fast response, really new to the ecu world. Thanks again. Maybe someone else will have the same problem and this will give them somewhere to look.

  10. I'm sorry. It's a g4xtreme being used on a 350z/g35. I had the base tune downloaded and working fine. I had my son attempt to crank it over for me while I checked for base timing the calibration stage. (Timing and tps).  I had the timing light hooked up and trying to get a signal off #1 coil, when my laptop went off line. It's a plug and play with base maps loaded onto it.

And sorry I can't see a blue light because it's a closed unit. I checked and the harness has power coming from the car harness.
