  1. So when I connect to my ecu with my laptop everything seems to be fine as soon as I crank the car the laptop disconnects and shows connection error 1019 any suggestions or ideas to fix this
  2. So I wiggled the end tightly yesterday same thing it won’t connect to the computer should I do the update with the ecu in or out of the car ?

Yes the blue light is on the ecu when key switch is on but as soon as I crank it goes off. yes it did connect to the laptop before had issue on the dyno motor had to come out and go to machine shop I thought I’d get it back and just turn it on but it doesn’t connect to the computer and I tried different computers already. The only thing I came across was that boot mode and it asking for an update or something and possibly resetting everything.
  4. During a start up process of my Sr20det seems that my g4x has gone in boot mode. What can I do to fix that and why does that happen?

  6. Hi, im having an issue on my car currently my ecu keeps disconnecting from the pc car was on the dyno and the ecu kept disconnecting so the tuner couldnt log. The car is not shutting off or anything just simply disconnects from the laptop. Is there a reason why this is happening? We tried 3 different lap tops and 2 different cables and it kept happening. I have 3 grounds from the harness and i think 3 more additional grounds that were added. the only things wired into the ecu are the dual e fans and the afr guage both are connected to the link ecu expansion loom.
  7. @Adamw i get a reading of .39 volts on my throttle body will adjusting the stop screw allow me to sit at .45? i see when i open the throttle body a slight bit it allows me to go past .39v. Also is there anything that would need to be calibrated through the ecu for that? when i press the gas too fast or let go fast the car wants to die it is on a base map. This is for a link g4x.

  9. would you guys be able to help me out on wiring my fans as well as i have connected them to the ecu but idk how to get them running from the ecu

  11. yeah thats kinda weird idk why i dont get the help browser. I will have to take another look. Just by changing the engine temps will they turn on? As mentioned i dont really need to adjust them i just need to see them spin lol so i can make sure everything it works.
  12. So i got the fans all wired up how can i get both to work at 65c. I just need to have them turn on and not stagger them for now just need to make sure they work. I will let the tuner adjust them. when i pressed F1 for the wiring diagrams available nothing popped up or no help box popped up as well.
