    125cc twin

How time flies. I now have the turbo fitted and have tuned the bike so it's safe. Boost is being limited due to intake air reaching 100c. Currently it peaks at about .9BAR. It makes about 30hp. I had to fit larger injectors as they were going over 90% duty cycle. I fitted them after tuning was done and simply altered the map values by the % change in size of the injectors. This worked OK but I did log AFR on the track and adjusted the map values to bring the AFR closer to the desired value. At the moment I'm in the process of fitting an intercooler. I have a core and am making chambers to fit top and bottom. Air will enter vertically on the left from the turbo, cross the top of the core to the right, flow down to a plenum which feeds both TBs. I'm still considering whether to go with ducted air from the front of the bike or to fit fans to the core. I already use a PC server fan on my scooter to cool the radiator which is under the seat and that works great.
  2. A youtuber I've messaged previously agreed to have a look. He has a car dyno but had already made a bracket for the front wheel which he clamped to one ramp. It worked a treat and after 3-4 hours of tuning it went from "can spin the rollers" to " damn fine". Actual power figures were inflated due to only spinning the front roller. Without the rear roller inertia the dyno thought the vehicle was doing better than it actually was. Either way I'm very happy with the result, 43.4kw indicated. I might be able to get a dyno run in on a known bike dyno to measure what the actual power is later this week or early next. YT channel here -
  3. I'm running a Link G4+ Atom on my motorcycle. I have added a turbo and now need a professional to make sure my setup is correct and to tune it. I'm located in Auckland. Finding someone who is both knowledgeable of the ECU and who also tunes motorcycles and has a suitable dyno is being a bit of a challenge. Suggestions please. No problems travelling round the North Island to do it. If a trip to the South Island is required then so be it. Thanks
