  1. Heres a log i took this morning, Didnt go full lean the entire time when idle stabalized. Just stalls out from full lean, Let the iac reset then fire back up and its full lean for alittle bit before it goes back to normal. ITs only lean on the spots where it doesnt want to idle correctly. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/71zd1g6s3pfxarv3mdanp/PC-Datalog-2023-11-21-1-07-35-pm-cold-start-update.llgx?rlkey=n09cb2mbhsqeg1jupob7t3vok&dl=0
  2. I think that happened because my laptop died right when the idle stabalized. ill try to get another log without the laptop dying. The wideband seemed to be reacting correctly on my can gauge Compared to was at the end of the log
  3. When it starts to die its right at the end of the crank enrichment cycle and leads into the post start enrichment, Stays at 17.1-17.2 afr for about 6 seconds and recovers. Ill mess around with the enrichment table a bit more tomorrow to see if i can get it to react the right way but so far i havent been able to clear up the low idle lean condition when it first fires up.
  4. so i guess i wasnt letting the wideband warm up enough before firing the car up, Heres new log after letting the wideband warm up properly then firing it up. You can see when it hits the post-start enrichment it goes full lean for alittle bit before recovering and coming down to a reasonable afr when it starts to idle properly. Thank you for your help. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/f39ffm7b1uxv3379knc8x/PC-Datalog-2023-11-19-3-48-32-pm-hard-cold-start.llgx?rlkey=hh3288qxky1cq3fgdsx26bj9q&dl=0
  5. So after changing the settings you recommended it still seems a bit rich. It stalled out again just like it did before. Its seems super rich for the first 20-30 seconds then It starts to move around a bit before it starts to chill out. Does not like when i touch the throttle for alittle bit til it warms up. Here is the log i just took https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/vlufv5z36clo1hwpf51sm/PC-Datalog-2023-11-7-3-00-12-pm-Cold-start-adjustments.llgx?rlkey=bcrvbk6s5u5o3k36ar1kawzfm&dl=0
  6. Would anybody have an idea? Having a hard start and Cant really move the car when its cold. The colder its been getting the worse its been. Having a bit of a hard time understanding how to clean it up. Again id appreciate any help, even if its just pointing me in the direction of what i need to do.
  7. I am having a bit of a cold start issue since we are starting to get into winter where i am at. The colder it gets in the morning the worse my cold start has been. It was about 42 degrees Fahrenheit the other morning when i went to take the car to work and it was having a hell of a time catching it self from stalling out. Only way i can keep it alive is to give it alittle bit of throttle to keep it from stalling. Runs at about 7.5 afr on start up and want to stall out then goes a bit lean after i give it some throttle to clear it out, It will recover after alittle bit. Would like to know how i can fix it if possible, Im still learning the software a bit so this is a bit new to me. I will upload a log and my tune file down below. Thanks to this forum i have been able to clear up an assortment of problems so im hoping this will be an easy fix. I appreciate the help https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/253adcoduorvlv9y7qmkl/SC400-Current-tune-11-1-23.pclx?rlkey=0mziitzmykbcjemqj9to4zqdj&dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/wt86ojcmpj6wd8vatrhu6/PC-Datalog-2023-10-31-1-16-02-pm-rough-cold-start.llgx?rlkey=6gu0remsh49ib23p6boiickxp&dl=0
  8. So that seemed to make a big difference. The first startup i did with that tune it took a second for it to figure out what was going on but it caught idle. The 2nd time i started it up it fired right up and idled where i like it at. No more bogging down with ac on or off. Seems to do the trick. ill attach both logs in here so you can see whats going on. First start up with your tune https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/dcuocng6gvlcnx1ktyutp/SC400-AC-idle-test-3.llgx?rlkey=g26h4468fphnyf9nlsbnht8eu&dl=0 Second start up https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/0k0oqwdejei0ee1fpcg38/SC400-AC-idle-test-4.llgx?rlkey=08bqrjv0tieuu1x5hqsoa44q6&dl=0
  9. Going back and forth with my tuner we added some to the offset but im still getting a pretty low idle. Were not on the same time schedule so it take awhile to have any changes made to be able to test it. Not able to run the car late at night because of how loud it is. Do i have to change anything else when running it in closed loop? This is the current tune in the car right now https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/u1qcpgu19zji7gz3d8db6/SC400-tune-AC-idle-up-test.pclx?rlkey=uwqixjhhuh71ug5wirsyubrh8&dl=0
  10. The tach was the problem, Now that it is showing rpm on the cluster i am now able to turn the ac on and off with the climate control unit. Only problem im having now is that it wants to idle low when it is active. Ive tried to adjust the idle up for it but it does not change anything. My idle is set to 1000rpm and when the ac is active it wants to drop down to 600-750 rpm. Like i said there is no change in idle when i mess with the idle up settings. Here is a log of me turning the ac on and off a few times at idle. Ac on and off, Low idle.llgx
  11. Been real busy lately but i was finally able to do some pulls, Here is log of me doing a pull in 2nd and 3rd gear https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/snyyg20yq5ckkdkqv1sqf/PC-Datalog-2023-10-3-9-49-50-pm.llgx?rlkey=wbekzqlwows4svcdy8qq3g911&dl=0
  12. I have yet to mod the tach on the factory cluster to work. Im kinda leaning towards the system not kicking on because the tach is not signaling any type of rpm. Im going to pull the cluster out tomorrow and mod it to work with the link, so i have some rpm output. Going through some wiring diagrams it does look like it goes through the instrument cluster for the a/c system.
  13. After checking voltage at the pin for dI4 I'm only seeing about .04v and only changes when I increase the speed of the blower motor the highest I saw was .08v at max speed on the blower motor. So this is going to be a wiring issue correct? Made no difference when the ac toggle was on or off
  14. So he did wire the iacv in reverse, Got it dialed in pretty good. I was able to drop the car off with the tuner shortly after i made the post. Seems to catch idle pretty decent. and runs good. Part of the problem i was having was a pretty decent vacuum leak that i had missed when putting the intake manifold back on it after swapping the injectors. He did tune it with said vacuum leak so im sure the fuel tables are alittle rich since we both didnt know about it at the time, We never ended up cleaning the fuel tables up after i had fixed the leak because he ran out of time. im going to get a log tomorrow doing some pulls and would like to hear what you think about it. Here is the tune we ended up with https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/7cae13awhqj935ena512p/tune-after-injector-replacement.pclx?rlkey=rqynzczzdpdfnqasmvrqz2o3l&dl=0
  15. I am running a link storm g4x, I am able to toggle the a/c on with the link software but am unable to get it to turn on with the climate control unit. The light turns on and off when i hit the button but does not kick the compressor on also when i hit the button it doesnt seem to toggle the DI 4 Ac request so i am just assuming it is a problem with the settings but i could be wrong. The system was charged not too long ago and i know it isnt leaking. Cant get ahold of my tuner who made the jumper harness for me to assist with this issue. Not too sure if he messed with setting up the A/C when he was tuning it, Would like to get some input on the settings to see if i can get the problem fixed. Thank you for your help https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/7cae13awhqj935ena512p/tune-after-injector-replacement.pclx?rlkey=rqynzczzdpdfnqasmvrqz2o3l&dl=0
