I have trigger errors with a VW polo running a 1.8T 20V, the ecu is a link xtreme pnp for audi TT, the engine harness pin config im told is the same and on pinning out the harness pretty much is, ive attached a log and you can see the odd rpm log, ive started from using a TT base map and the car runs but barely. Im not fully up to speed with these engines so my question is, is th TT base map the right trigger for the 1.8 20v, now the base map says reluctor type but its a 3 wire sensor hall effect sensor by looks of it?

I have reconfigured the can Id to get it to work on Lambda 2 but need it to work on Lambda 1, I’ve configured the I’d as normal to work on Lambda 1 but nothing.
I will get a 1 minute log later, I’ll do it configured to Lambda 1 so it doesn’t work and another configured on Lambda 2 so it does work

So the can lambda works fine after a few issues with not working in can port 1 it’s working in can port 2, however setting which peramiter it displays does not will only work defined as lamdba2 won’t work on display peramiter lambda1 I think this effecting the aclosed loop fuel control also as cl setup normally won’t do any corrections while its working in Lambda2

Evo 8 260 everything fine before ecu swap, now battery light, brake warning and low oil level light comes on when revving the car, battery voltage now at 11.6 also, any help appreciated

Sorry if I'm blatantly missing something, I have an evo 8 I have previously tuned with no issues, however, I have recently upgraded injectors to RC1200 PL9-1200 from the 1000, used the recommended latencies to start. Also changed stock reg to a Aeromotive A1000 FPR, set to 3 bar, the bosch 044 has been swapped out like for like as suspect issues.
So the car idles at 0.75 lambda even setting idle area to 0 on the fuel map leans it to 0.8, no less, master number at 4, increasing it richens it up.
Any input?

Yeah it improved when I switched the overrun off.
Still the same when the icv is unplugged and try use the BISS to set idle, just wondered if something in the file doing it?

So the icv does effect the idle but I found the fuel overrun settings to be cutting injectors which has sorted it partially,
idle screws fully in and icv steps at 70, vehicle up to temp in open loop and it's still fluctuating 400 rpm, it's steady for about 15 seconds the then slowly starts to fluctuate till the point of cutting out
