  1. for me to test the injectors i will have to pull the manifold apart again is this what you want or is there a easier way? coils and plugs are easy enough.
  2. ok so you want me to remove all the coils and spark plugs? how do you want me to test the injectors?
  3. Engine was a runner Haven't tested the injection yet but the injectors where all cleaned and tested etc before we installed them they where also done professionally. But yeah coils are brand new and we do have a timing light so I assume they are working but as I said injection is probably on thing I haven't messed with to much. On the runtime is there a reason we still getting a trigger err? And yes it was showing 164 rpm while cranking Do I leave it setup on sequence injection or batch fire? so in the injector setup injection 1 to 8is setup in drive mode saturated peak (A) 8.0 hold (A) 0.1
  4. and another but the angle set at 355 deg Trigger Scope Log 2018-03-30 1;11;29 pm test7 355 deg.llg

  7. All link looms and all professional done Bat was getting a bit tired I've put it on the charger Pretty much the car has all new wiring
  8. Nope still no joy? Do I leave it as multi tooth or go back to 1uz? Ignition maybe? I have Direct spark Dwell mode ms Ignition delay 50 us Spark duration 1.0 ms MX advance 45.0 btdc new scope Trigger Scope Log 2018-03-28 7;10;56 pm Test 2.llg new start file LEXUS V8 cressida trigger adjusted.pclr
  9. Ok I'll change that. Just to confirm tho with trigger 2 I have mine setup Reluctor Level 2 Cam pulse 1x Arming 0.5 1.0 1.5 2.0 2.5 3.0 3.0 3.0 Or do I change that to the same values you just gave me for the crank trigger 1?
  10. here ya go Trigger Scope Log 2018-03-28 5;41;00 pm Test 1.llg
  11. So reading the notes from the auto elec the trigger 1 is crank angle and trigger 2 is cam angle Do you maybe think the cam angle needs setting up? I have rpm filtering set on the default 1? Is this correct
  12. Ok I'll switch it to multi now see if that helps Changed it to multi tooth and moved the trigger offset to _4 and 354 still nothing and still getting trigger 1 err in runtime values
  13. Do you guys think the cas is faulty? I don't understand why it won't fire. The timing was bang on 10 deg with light
  14. So changed it to 355 and checked the runtime values and still nothing What is this trigger err? That trigger is now red with 3 counts? I won't try anymore tonight incase I stuff something up.
  15. Ok I'll be back at my car in like half a hr I'll try 355 deg and the ecu hold power setting and get back to you. Big thanks for the help so far to lads. I'm still learning please be patient with me
  16. by all means if you feel you can add some numbers or something to the map to maybe get it to start i will download the file
  17. here is how its setup atm LEXUS V8 cressida trigger adjusted.pclr
  18. Ok at car now car timing is flashing at 10 deg should I bump up fuel? How much is to much? I've added fuel and still didn't start I'm sure it's getting fuel as the fuel pump goes green when I try to start it
  19. Ok cool how much do I increase it each time? 1 or 10 etc
  20. So just had a quick look at the tuning page and noticed that the lambda AVG is red.? It's not plugged into the car ATM but is that a possible cause to look at tonight when I do the timing. Also I am using 315cc 7mge Injectiors and don't know if the fuel map I have is adequate? I also don't know what the values are. If I need more fuel do I select the whole table and bump it up 10 each time to see if that is a cause? Or is 10 to much. Hope that makes sense
  21. Awesome thanks mate will give this ago. Appreciate this alot
  22. Oh so you feel it may just be a timing issue. Or maybe not enough fuel. Thanks for the input I'll have another go tomorrow. Next question. How do I adjust it if it is out. I assume in the tuning tab in PC link somewhere
  23. Well has a rpm reading on the laptop when we go to crank. Haven't undone the coil packs yet as I feel it is getting spark as it feels like it wants to fire if that makes sense. Only reason I feel it's the trigger as the voltage didn't change or go green like all the other di do ai ao etc. I don't have my laptop on me atm other wise I would screen shot it. Haven't checked timing tho as tbh I'm not sure how to do that with this setup We have deleted the Dizzy's for the coil on plug so can't just put a timing light on it anymore
  24. So have a update. After a few months of dramas I've installed a new starter motor and the ecu power on relay is fixed. So after playing around with the file posted above. Went for a start and it no joy. Close but no joy. It may be the trigger for the crank sensor. As I didn't see any action for the voltage in file. Is there any chance to get some help setting the trigger up. File is basically the same as the one I posted above. Thanks in advance
  25. Ok sweet I'll give that a try thanks. Replacing the starter motor this week as Murphys law showed up and yeah it's stuffed. I'll fix that while I'm at it Cheers
