MK413 Posted July 20, 2020 Report Share Posted July 20, 2020 I'm running into a strange problem where my throttle isn't functioning when I press the accelerator. I just finished a rebuild and the TPS was previously working no problem. With the key on the APS values are changing however the TPS values remain the same. What I don't understand is that when the E-throttle is in setup mode the TPS if functional and will move in relation to the APS. I've calibrated both APS and TPS and both have calibrated without an issue. I've continuity tested the TPS wires back to the ECU and everything check out and I know the TPS is functional because it works in setup mode however stops functioning when the Electronic throttle is set back to "on". I have no fault codes and everything else appears to be functioning as it should be. Any insight would be appreciated as I'm stumped. Thanks!
