Adamw
What is the engine code in this model?
Roman
engine code AJQ
Adamw
Ok, apparently our original test car when we designed the TT plugin was a AJQ, so it should work. Can you do a triggerscope when cranking and attach that and your map. >ECU Controls>triggerscope. Click capture while the engine is cranking. For the triggerscope, did you only click the capture button when the engine was turning - not before?
Roman
i click on capture 1 sec before turning and the tuning file is the base file for audiTT from the software folder as is
Adamw
You need to click capture when the engine is turning, not before. I want a copy of the map from your specific ecu.
Roman
I attached log and current read, and i click capture after engine running Current Read.pclr Trigger Scope Log 2022-03-24 4;15;33 pm.llg
Adamw
The triggerscope still shows nothing, but your trigger settings are all wrong so that at least explains why the cam sensor isnt working. The ECU statistics shows the ECU has seen RPM from the triggers at some point. Can you change the trigger settings to match below and do a new trigger scope when cranking, as well as a log of it cranking.
Roman
here new log with the setting you ask Trigger Scope Log 2022-03-25 11;34;15 am new log.llg
Adamw
Ok, now at least there is a cam signal. Still no crank signal. I think you will need to trace some wiring to see why it is missing. Start by checking there is continuity from the crank sensor plug back to pin 82 & 90 at the ecu.
Roman
Hello I test today the connection from the sensor to the pinout you sent and it good, what can be the problem?
Adamw
Do you have access to an oscilloscope so you can check there is a signal reaching the ECU when the engine is turning?
