Help FJO Wideband setup V88 and flexfuel sensor.

I did search with no luck...

I finally have my V88 working in my car with all the sensor reading correctly except my FJO wideband and my continental flex fuel sensor.

I see you have a few choices in the software but not the one I have install.. Can you please help me out to set the FJO to my ECU.. The choice the come close but way off is the Autronic wb.. No change when I used the NGK choice...

I need my wideband to work to have my target AFR option working.. In the flexfuel sensor case you only have one choice and not the continental ( Haltech GM type flexfuel sensor) .. I have put the resistor in the lines like you have in your instructions but no cigar...

Thank in advance...

If none of the preconfigured calibrations from other types of widebands match, configure your own with one of the extra CAL Tables.

EG, if you're using the widebands analogue output #2 wire with the default 0.5-4.5V setting, you could set the Vipec's Analogue input to Lambda1, then select Cal4 as the calibration. Go to Cal4 and configure as follows:

Input Value A: 0.5V

Input Value B: 4.5V

Output Units: AFR

Output Value A: 10.0 AFR

Output Value B: 20.0 AFR

If you have set the output of the FJO to something different, just make the appropriate changes to the CAL

Details are on pages 11 and 12 of the FJO user manual: http://www.fjoracing.com/products/WBAFR ... ev%20F.pdf

Quick update .. Got a new wideband NGK with NTK sensor ... I think is much easier to get this one to work than my FJO with the ViPec and be on the safe side( this wideband is also recommended by ViPec)....

I like to thanks Dave from protuning from Australia (Pro Tuning Cairns) he has been very helpful answering all my question about my V88 and problem solving.... He also took the time to check my PCL file and make sure everything was setup correctly according to my wire install pin out of my V88....

He has giving more of his time and attention that most tuners that live here in the US .. By the way he doesn't even tune Rotarys engine and still gave a helping hand with my project ..

Will report back after the NGK wideband install...

Wow what great day of tuning ...

Finally got Dave from http://www.dtechmotorsport.com to remote tune my car.. Boy what a difference.. It feels 1000 time better.. I seen many tunes and tuner in my 15 years around cars and let me tell you Dave has some mad skills when it comes to the Vipec V88.. I watch him work around the Vipec software and do thing with it that blew my mind.. This ECU is great piece of hardware if you know how to work with it...

This tune time today we used to setup every little thing correctly in the Vipec software.. From target AFR to injectors dead time to trail and leading to coils dwell time.. He also setup some failsafe to protect the engine... The EV fuel map looks great...

Next week we are going to finish the tune but before I need to get some information for Dave on my trigger wheel and connect my 4 port boost solenoid to the Vipec for better boost control and some more failsafe options...

I will also like to thanks Eric from Rotary Werks for all his help and dyno time in his shop.. He has always been their for my car..

More to come.. ....I am falling in love with my car...:) Thanks Dave again for your time and tune...
