jenkizenki
(I am still learning efi tuning) I am having this weird close loop correction oscillation issue, and I was wondering what could be causing it? In this log, my VE value for idle (1000rpm) is about 42%, with an idle air control valve base position of 47. Seems to run well, but I'm wondering if this issue is caused by incorrect injector dead times, or too high of closed loop gain values? It even does it on light throttle when accelerating as you can see.
Adamw
Attach your tune and the log, no one can tell you much from a picture that doesnt even have axis labels on it.
jenkizenki
my solution for future googlers, ensure you have a 3D injector dead time table if you are running a vacuum line to your FPR, if not, keep using the 2D injector dead time table with the FPR vacuum port OFF (only if you're naturally aspirated) to use the base fuel pressure you set (43.5psi) The oscillation issue can be due to the closed loop gain control table having too high of values, making it too sensitive, and overcorrecting too fast.
