Manzhai
Hello everyone, as the title suggest, I am having issue trying to calibrate the throttle. It reports as error code 7 which is Limited TPS (sub) movement. I've check for resistance and continuity within the wiring and all checked out fine. Is it possible for the DBW throttle to be Dead on Arrival? Throttle is brand new. I have no other spare to test with. Adamw
You appear to have an issue with the TPS wiring. The TPS main voltage changes from a max of 4.06V to a min of 1.5V from closed to open which is probably acceptable, but not what the Link supplied 82mm throttle should output - so I suspect even that is wrong. But the more obvious issue is the TPS sub goes from 4.16V to 4.72V, so only about 0.5V range from fully closed to fully open. It should be more like a 4V change on both sensors. Manzhai
@Adamw yeah, the TPS sub wire seems to have been pulled slightly, they ohmed out fine which is why I didn't suspect the wiring to be cause of the issue. Anyway fixed it and it now works flawlessly thanks!
