yardpro Posted June 10 Report Share Posted June 10 im ls swapping my cayman s Im a very competent mechanic, but complete novice to the ecu part. im not clear on the 12+ and ground vs the 5v and 5v refrence wiring with the link. is the 5v on the extreme sufficent to connect all the 5v sensors? and is the 12 v the same, can i connect all the 12+ to the coil banks, etc.. on the one from the link. are the grounds listed on the link pinout for the low ref grounds Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Yes, the 5V is the supply for all sensors, "Ground Out" is the ground for the sensors. The +14V (A5 & B5) and the 4 black grounds are the main supplies for the ecu. This is fairly well covered in the help file, have a look at the section >Wiring Information>Power & Ground Wiring. I have pasted the normally suggested option below.
