kimandre92 Posted June 30 Report Share Posted June 30 Hello, I have a unused Vi-Pec V44 plugin ecu that's been laying on my shelf for a long time, and I was told that I need to check that it is unlocked. How do I go about this? I downloaded the Vi-pec software (VTS?) and plugged the USB to my pc, I found another thread here saying it needs power. servicesoon Posted June 30 Report Share Posted June 30 If you look at the link pin out you could identify all of the 12 volt and ground pins. That should be enough to get it to turn on. kimandre92 Posted July 3 Author Report Share Posted July 3 Hello again. I ended up using my work laptop to download the VTS V4.10.2.1784. I plugged the ECU in the car and turned on the ignition, but I get a error message saying that the program doesn't see the ECU. How do I trouble shoot this?
