Gnomefabtech
Hello All- Turbo Hayabusa in a car. Runs great but has trouble restarting when hot. It seems like a heat soak issue but I don't really know what to adjust to fix this. I tried adding more cranking enrichment and that seemed to help but it still doesn't start dependably when hot. It will pop in the exhaust but not start. Then, after a few tries it starts right up. Please see attached config file if that helps. Thanks so much. Adamw
Sounds more like a sync issue if you are getting a pop or backfire. Please do a triggerscope when cranking.
Gnomefabtech
Hey Adam- Might be a trigger issue but why is it only when restarting hot? Can temperature affect a hall sensor? Also, how do I log a trigger signal? THanks
Adamw
>ECU Controls>Trigger scope. A new scope screen will open, click the capture button when the engine is cranking (not before), when a waveform is drawn in the scope then click the save button.
