rev limit drop under acceleration

Hi guys.

i have a mitsubishi evolution 2 4g63t motor with a link g4

 

Recently it threw the code 43 so air temp sensor, plugged in the lap top cleared the code but the code comes back in a second so something up there.

My question tho, when the laptop was plugged in i noticed that when i rev my car the little box that says rev limit (usually says 8100) the number drops right down and it limits and then over fuels and runs like a dog !!

 

All related to the air temp fault ??

Hi Aaron send me your basemap it sounds like the ANV  threshold settings  settings are not correct i can fix this and send the map back to you
