Ryan Strett Posted 3 hours ago Report Share Posted 3 hours ago looking to convert my evo 8 to DBW and wanted some assistance with wiring it all up. I’m using a bosch 68mm throttle body and evo x pedal, which i have diagrams for both. Im using expansion slot 1 for all my sensors and have the entire expansion slot 2 available for this. I wanted to know if it’s possible to depin and reuse my IACV cabling as it’s already in the correct position in the engine bay and has 6 cores which is needed for the throttle body. Then i would only have to run cabling to my pedal in the cabin. Could someone please provide a wiring diagram of how the whole system should be hooked up to what terminals on the ecu. Adamw Posted 20 minutes ago Report Share Posted 20 minutes ago In the IACV bundle, 4 of the wires go back to the ecu, but 2 of them are 12V supplies which branch off to a splice somewhere near the battery/fuse box. So the two 12V wires are no good to you, but you could repurpose 3 of the other 4 (Aux 5/6/7/8) along with the 3 wires that are already going to the existing TPS.
