James Mowat Posted September 2, 2014 Report Share Posted September 2, 2014 Hi All Putting my car back together after a year off the track due to engine fail, the car is running but, Running the Expansion connector An Temp 3 is seeing 100c Same with sensor unplugged, Same with extension wire removed Voltage meter across Green/GND & Orange/Temp 3 - 4.96v Voltage meter on the wires from the IAT sensor - 0.17 (10c or less out side) ------------- What am i suppose to be seeing across GND & TEMP3 ------- I have An Temp 2 turned off due to reading -40c (sensor in the Maf has failed, but u have never used this input, always used An Temp 3)  Cheers James Itchn to run this motor in Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Simon Posted September 2, 2014 Report Share Posted September 2, 2014 That will most likely be using the Delphi AC IAT cal assuming it is the same sensor. With no sensor plugged in to the temp channel you should see close to 5V With sensor plugged in this should be much lower and will vary depending on temp.
