ian smith Posted July 19, 2008 Report Share Posted July 19, 2008 Hi everyone, New to this as I have just wired a G3 to a celica gt4 (ST205) - 3sgte engine I haven't tried to start the car yet as the software is telling me that I have 5 volts at the throttle position sensor along with the same at the engine temp and air inlet temp sensors. Did a sensor calibration on the TPS but now it just permanently reads 0%. Doesn't matter if you press the throttle it just stays at 0% I've checked the wiring but casn't see anything obvious ANY IDEAS / HELP WILL BE MUCH APPRECIATED?? Simon Posted August 6, 2008 Report Share Posted August 6, 2008 Sounds like there are some grounds missing. You can check if there really is 5V at the pins with a multi meter. Check you have used the signal grounds in the loom and wired the main grounds to the engine block. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
