Michael Smith1436215434
Hi there Was woundering how you check what temp the tuner has set the fans to switch on? i had my lap top hocked up to it today and i couldnt seem to find it, im not 100% sure but yhe tuner may hve put a password/lock on it which would mean i couldnt see it? Or find it? the obvious way would be to run the car an see when or see if they turn on but i dont wanna risk any overheating etc
Simon
You will need to find the AUX output that is set to engine fan. This could also be a free fuel or Ignition drive. Then click on this to see the settings for it.
Michael Smith1436215434
Can you do this even if there is a password? how do u get the ecu settings up?
Simon
If it is password locked it is not going to be easy as the settings are not visible. If you email the MAP we can test it on the bench to see the switching point. [email protected]

Simon
Connect to the ECU then go to file and Save as. The saved file is the one we are after.
