Jeff Hare Posted December 12, 2014 Report Share Posted December 12, 2014 Hi, from what I understand the G4 ecu supports adjusting fuel and ignition timing per % of ethanol. Are there any plans to also allow the boost pressure to change with a different % of ethanol? I am very keen to setup a flex fuel tune on my G4 but my car does not like more than 18psi on 98 octane petrol and yet loves ~24psi on E85. Simon Posted December 15, 2014 Report Share Posted December 15, 2014 This can currently be done if you set one of the boost control tables to be spanned off %ethanol. It will depend a bit on the existing boost control set up. If you are in closed loop then it would be a case of having the boost target table spanned of %ethanol.
