Guest |102| Posted June 8, 2010 Report Share Posted June 8, 2010 The Godzilla Motorsport r32 gtr drag car running a std stroke rb26 on methenol with 2 1600cc injectors per cylinder now is controlled by the Vipec v88 ecu , ignition system is m&w pro drag 6 and pencil cdi coils...the car made 1027hp at 32 psi on our 4wd dyno ...and will be track tuned from now on..... our first meeting is the castrol edge winternationals this weekend...should be fun.. regards, mark Godzilla Motorsport (qld vipec dealer in aus)..... Guest |102| Posted June 14, 2010 Report Share Posted June 14, 2010 update after the winternationals.. our first full pass with the new v88 ecu setup the car ran a 8.1 at 184mph with a bog of the line...1.5 60ft it bogged that bad it pulled the engine to 5000rpm and 14 psi boost...the car ran 5.45 to 1/2 track we usually run 5 flat ... the 184 equals the cars mph pb... the track was unbelievable ...we ran 142mph at 1/2 track so picked up 42mph from 1/2 track ... second pass we had start line issues again but ran a 7.9 at 177mph ran 146mph to 1/2 track car got a little out of shape had to back off .... first round of racing we broke the gtr transfer case in 2nd gear.... bit disappointing but the rest of the car is ready to race very soon... the v88 ecu runs the 12 1600cc injectors and cdi so well we run the rb26 engine to 10 500 rpm so smooth...approx 1450 to 1500hp.. regards, mark Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
