  1. Hi guys Evo 9 plugin firmware 4.7.1.804 I have disabled over run fuel cut and have a lean condition on the over run which causes the car to buck. Not sure whats up as i have increased the fuel table numbers on the over run quite a bit, but my wideband still show lean pegged at 16.99AFR Does the same with over run fuel cut enabled Seems to happen around 2500 - 1300 rpm Attached is log showing this, any help would be great Phil over-run-fuel-cut.problem.llg

Hi guys I have the G4 knock block linked to my G4 plugin Evo 8/9 DI 1 = Digital Knk Feedback Aux 2 = Knock window Wired into header harness with pins Im pretty sure all is good as in the runtime values i can see knk level cyl 1 - 4 increase with revs/load and pulls timing when above my knock target as it should do My question is under the runtime values should AUX 2 Knock window be changing rapidly from on to off? I assume it does as this is the window opening and closing? Just want to confirm knock window is working! Thanks Phil
  3. Does anyone any recommended settings for antilag and rotational idle for the Evo 8/9. Car is a daily driver but used on the track alot. I have the antilag somewhat sorted, but the rotational idle I just cant get right, it stalls the car all the time. I not using a throttle kicker or cracking the throttle plate open with the throttle body screw. I was lead to believe that the ISC could be used to bleed air into the engine Thanks Phil

So it must be to do with the injector drive? Works fine on std ecu. I even tried setting the i/c spray to trigger on throttle and not the switch and it doesnt activate Any ideas Thanks Phil

  6. Hi guys I have just installed and tuned my JDM Evo 8MR with G4 plugin ecu (Evo 9 3plug). Tuned with G4 knock block kit with head phones, car is running det free I would now like to install my G4 knock block for knock monitoring, i need to know the following please. Can i tap into the factory knock sensor? So i can leave the Bosch sensor that came with the kit free to tune other cars If so do i use the factory knock sensor wire going to the ecu (this isnt used with the G4 plugin ecu) it is Pin 91 What do I do for Knock sensor ground wire? Do I just use the Sensor ground plug/wire on the ecu this is Pin 34 Thanks Phil
  7. just tried to update firmware, keeps saying it cant find/connect to ecu. I am using usb and can connect and tune fine with pc link. What am i doing wrong? Phil
  8. Thanks Jurgen I have downloaded the support files and firmware v1.9.2 to my laptop (havent got car here to update yet) Is there any issues after update with having to manually swap all my settings back over or will the pcl file i posted be fine on the new firmware Phil
  9. Hi guys I tuned a G3 in a Nissan Laurel yesterday with RB25DET I was trying to use autotune for fueling but the target afr table was missing from the platform! I do have the autotune option but no target afr table Is this due to old software and need to update the customers ecu/software I dialed in the afr's but would have been so much quicker with autotune!
