Yep, you got it this time.  I cant beleive I have seen this twice in a week now, but you have a damaged trigger wheel on your crank.  It has some teeth missing somewhere about directly opposite to where the normal missing teeth are meant to be.

Dang it man!!! Thanks Adam for the feedback I will get on it and see if there is any damage to that wheel

This was a full rebuild so not to happy I gotta go that far backwards but the time and money that's been invested I'm on it

kind of common for people to damage the teeth on JZ crank sprockets when they remove them but dont remove the tab on the intake side of block first, usually ends up ripping the trigger wheel off the back of the sprocket
