When you update the firmware you will see all listed PDM's and you can setup your keypad functions directly there, just make sure you have the keypad functions listed with desired color and button functions in the PDM link software.
The way I do it to keep things simple is for example; You want button 8 to be a DI for map switching for your race fuel ignition table.
In pdm link > keypad 1 > keypad function 8 > Name it (map switching) > button count = 1 > LED to whatever color you want > set button 8 to > Map switching.
Then in PClink
go to your PDM1 page > keypad function 8 > select an available CAN DI.
and in your dual ignition table setup select CAN DI you chose for table activation.

Woo thank you very much
actually my ECU did not have the latest firmware
After updating, I can see my PDM in ECU settings and the settings came easily
very grateful- Vaughan and aerace_fab

Is it normal not to have PDM1 in the CAN menu
-
For the PDM,normally yes with uPDM_F405-1.6.745
And for PClink I am on the version 6.23.15
I sent my message too quickly, I just saw that the keypad is configurable under CAN in PClink.
I initially wanted to move from PDM to ECU. -
Hi,
I can't find how to configure my Can network to transmit the state of the MAP ECU button from my button 8 keypad to my ECU.(toogle button ecu map switch)
I have configured my CAN function 8 in my PDM but I do not see how to activate my CAN DI1 of my ECU.Another question: is it possible to do an increment/decrement with the same button. I would like to count 0-1-2-1-0 with each pulse?

thanks all
actually, I replaced my LED with a 100ohm resistor and the voltage is 14.2V. It's a 1/4W resistor, could this be suitable?
On the other hand, KennyJ, I don't see where the shift between B+ and L is located? Is this the part that I circled in blue? -
Hi,
Since I removed the original subaru wrx dash (2002), I no longer have a charge for my battery.
I wanted to replace the original light with an LED light but this one stays on all the time and my battery remains at 12.8V.
When I reconnect the original dash, the charging light goes out and the battery charges at 14.2V.
So there is a link with the dash and I probably have to modify my wiring but I don't see what I should do.
Below the original diagram, there seems to be a resistor + a diode above the LED indicator.to give more detail, I currently only have one LED between the + and terminal B1

Thank you for your help
Introducing RealDash - A Dashboard App for Android & Windows

through research, if this can help someone one day to find the status of the 4 High Current + 8 ADIO of a PDM on realdash,
here is what I did successfully
on my dash, I visualize the Active and Fault state of each PDM output or input.
I used this can stream because the ecu receives these 2 parameters.
Then this is transmitted to my dash, attached xml.
