    Evo DBW

Just jumping in on this thread, just wondering if anyone else has come across this before with a dbw set up and what it’s indicating that I’ve done wrong: note ; an3 has been changed back to off. Still get the same error message
  4. runs off its fan control module. worked before fine with the stock ecu, which is why im confused here. My link is a PnP, it should be able to be triggered on and off via the link sofware mind if i send you a pm? hope the fan isnt the issue, it was brand new out of the box and installed in the car
  5. oh ok just watched the table set up vid on this forum that someone was doing for an evo 4. ive gone through and changed mine to that set up to try
  6. Had another go, and still no dice enabling the thermo fan. Ill attach some photos of my laptop screen mate currently trouble shooting with a friend and we've changed the designation to GP PWM, and still havent luck enabling the fan to test
  7. Hey AdamW, Thanks for your reply, I've tried what you mentioned with the AUX engine fan 1 switching it on and no dice completely quiet up the front. May have another designation like you mentioned on the ignition drive, I'll give that one a try Thanks! edit* by pressing enter on the keboard in the software on each output is the correct way to access its settings yeah?
  8. Hi all, I'm new to the link ecu testing and tuning so please bare with me. Ive had a link g4+ PnP in the car for a while, the car is off the road whilst being modified. The tuner loaded a startup map of some sort onto the link to enable me to move the car around if need be. The pin outs haven't changed designations etc. I'm having a couple of issues navigating around the link ecu software on my laptop. I'm wanting to test that the thermo fan is working correctly (new SPAL fan connected to the existing evo harness) but I'm unable to trigger it on/off in the ecu program. Could someone shed some light on how to do these basic forms of checks please. Prior to the link it had a factory ecu in it and I was using the evoscan software to run checks on various things, but the link is completely different.. Thanks for your time.
