Thanks Adam, that explains it - i ll call Brand Hatch Performace Monday and chase it up.

The serial number on my G4X board if different to what i see once hooked up in the software, is that normal? S/N; 0671632 / 821 = on circuit board. S/N; 600182 = what i see once plug into the link software. So unfortunately the unlock code brand hatch performance supplied me a few weeks ago is not working (i gave them the S/N off the board). I email them about this on Wednesday but they must be really busy as not had a reply yet. I cleared my work schedule for today and tomorrow to work on the race car and now a bit stuck without a correct unlock code If anyone could help i would be most grateful. Thanks, Chris

Hi, I am Chris an old school JDM car fan, i have a Impreza GC8 race car and imported cars back in 2005~2008, have done quite a bit of tuning with other systems, so understand all the basics, look forward to mapping and setting up my new Link G4X. I read up quite a bit on this forum before opting for link and it has some great users that are helping the online community, brilliant resource!
