  1. Hello, I was trying to connect an auxiliary system through a solid relay and when connecting it wrong, smoke came out and it burned. Now it won't let me connect to the ecu and when giving a signal to the ecu all the auxiliaries have been turned on. Also the blue light of the switchboard remains constant. Please tell me something as soon as possible. I hope ho have broken the ecu. Thanks a lot
  2. Hello, we have a problem with the choice of auxiliary outputs and their configuration. We run a KTM 690 engine with a semi-automatic shifting system, this is controlled by a separate ECU, but the cut-off and a gas stroke system for downshifting is controlled from the G4X ECU. The problem is that this system works with a solenoid that is connected to a solid state relay that is activated by the signal from the ECU, but the signal from the ECU is too weak to trigger the relay, as the relay detects it but does not trigger. Could you recommend me which auxiliary I should choose and its configuration? I leave some pictures of our configuration so that you can analyze it and comment if you find any error.
  3. It works perfectly thanks Adam
  4. Yes, that's exactly how I want it to work. If you can make the example better because it's a bit confusing. Thanks
  5. Hi, I am trying to set up an electric water pump by the Davies Craig method and I am not able to get it to work. Could someone tell me what is wrong with my configuration and why is it always on? Thank you very much. DYN-07_BaseMap.pclx Registro en PC - 2023-04-22 6_39_32 pm.llgx
  6. Thank you very much Adam! Yes, we have a fairly large plenum and runner. The low MAP value may also be because our single cylinder KTM engine has a system at the starter where a decompressor opens the exhaust valve prematurely. This is so that such a small starter motor can start the engine.
  7. Yes, we have checked the ignition timing and sometimes it starts well and sometimes it takes a long time. What I would like to know is the value of the Map Offset if I have it correct. On the other hand, isn't there anything to verify that it is working well?
  8. Sure, here it is! DYN-07_BaseMap.pclx
  9. Hi, I have a single cylinder KTM 690 without camshaft sensor and Link G4X XtremeX. I'm trying to set up the synchronisation with the MAP level but I'm not able to do it. I leave you the logs to see if someone can help me. Thank you very much. LogMapLevel.llgx TriggerScopeLog.llgx
  10. The "Registro en PC" file is the data log. The "dyn-06" map is the map on the G4+ Atom and the "15 Nov" is the map on the G4X Xtreme. Registro en PC - 2022-11-15 7;42;38 pm.llgx 15 nov.pclx dyn06.pclr
  11. We have a single-cylinder twin-plug KTM 690 engine with a Formula Student focus. This year we have moved from the G4+ Atom to the G4X Xtreme X. With the Atom control unit, the map was not quite right but it started well and worked. When we changed the ecu what we did was to copy all the maps and calibrations of the sensors and the trigger as they were. At the moment we find that the engine does not start and runs on excess fuel. I attach a picture of a data log. What can be seen at a glance is the large fuel drop of 1 ms, which does not match the sustained start time table which I have it at 2 seconds. I hope some answer can help us, thank you.
