It doesn't need to be replaced because it was working before, and it has been cleaned. I've had a similar problem with it before, and i posted about it on here, and I received feedback on what to change, and it worked. I think it has something to do with the tune cause it is running really rich, which it was not before.

Hi, I have a 2006 wrx ej25 When I go into boost, my dbw decides to shut close and close too far, making it get stuck closed, and I then have to push it open to free it manually. With the throttle, the butterfly is stuck shut and I have to manually push it open to get it unstuck, then I would re-calibrate the throttle position and it will work again. but it happens again when I put my foot down at a faster pass and left off a bit faster, it will then get shut closed. ok thank you very much, I'll be sure to make those adjustments.

Also the idle hangs when I let off the throttle. The data log is a drive showing the code and 1 is the tune thank you PC Datalog Code 75.llgx 1.pclx

I'm having two problems with my wrx. first problem is that I have uploaded an old tune onto the ecu and I did not save a copy of the new tune, I was just wondering if there was a way for me to somehow get the new tune back on, or will I have to ask my tuner to send me a copy? The second problem is that I have been having trouble with code 75. whenever I would stab the throttle the DBW would shut close, killing the car. I'd replaced the DBW and it only lasted a few weeks until it killed the car while driving and the butterfly has shut closed. thanks
