what voltage will I use for this sensor,in manual its says 8volts, when its wired up.i have v88. 8 or 12 volts regards David.

have you check the usb drivers, also has it been connected to another laptop with window 8 or window7 or reinstalled the softwsre and usb drivers.i am not wiz on this stuff, no harm trying. regards david
