  1. use attachment .zip file

Sutup audi 5 cyl 20V OEM triggers:

trigger setup: Audi 135 teeth, Sync Pulse - Cam

    trigger 1 - Reluctor, Level 1

    trigger 2 - optical/Hall, Level4, pullup ON, Edge - Falling

    Callibrate Trigger offset -72 degrees

I know this is a old thread but  maybe somebody knows why -72 degrees.

Value for 135th Audi trigger should be -58 degree?

  2. Ok, I see...  so "Ref Timing" is only used when I am in the Set Base Timing Menü - to strobe the ignition settings to a fixed ignition timing...  thanks..

now I understand the icons key and lock too :D

but when I put in new settings, they are not taken when I leave the menu...  maybe ECU must be online?

  3. ANTI LAG ignition retard table has NO issue. If I type in -45 it will be -45. (ECU still offline)

NOW THE ISSUE IS PRESENT IN ANTI LAG IGNITION RETARD TABLE!

If you type in -45 it will be -44

  4. Hi,

Link Thunder has two internal Knock channels.

But I can not find any settings for allocate the specific cylinders to a specific sensor.

For example, on 5-cylinder inline engines, there are 2 knock sensors.

Knock sensor 1 for cylinder 1,2,3 and Knock sensor 2 for cylinder 4,5.

How can I set this up in PCLink?

How does PCLink knows, which knock sensor is allocated to which cylinders? (also interesting for 6 and 8 cylinder V engines)

    regards

  5. I will test this soon.. but first I want to prepare my whole startup config and a my loom adaptor..

But sure, I can do this online because I can run my all my ECUs on bench with external power supply.

But I hope there will be a fixed version soon ;-)

  6. ... cant tell you...  sometimes I might be blind... sorry...  I didnt use the Content Tree...  only the Search Funktion

but in PCLink Menu, I can only select between 4 wire or 6 wire (or am I still blind?)

    And here is something interesting:

When I select Aux 1 to ISC Solenoid, the PCLink Menü Item for "Stepper Motor Type" disappears.

When I set AUX 1 back to OFF, The PCLink Menü Item for "Stepper Motor Type" does not come back.

When I change the ISC Mode from closed loop to open loop or vice versa after that, the PCLink Menü Item for "Stepper Motor Type" comes back - and this is independant from the the Aux 1 setting. It also comes back, when Aux 1 stays at ISC Solenoid.

    ???

    thanks a lot
