You should be able to unplug the idle valve and open the throttle body to get your idle in the rough area of your required idle target.

With a cable throttle you would make that just below your target and let the air bleed bring idle up.

    Ok i will try it!

    Thank you

  2. Hello again guys.
I make my Afr today but i reliaze that my idle is not stable.

I sent you my pclr and a log.

i try to play with close loop but nothing. I have 272 Cams but with Power fc its perfect 1000 rpm.

    What am i doing wrong?

Your problem is your cal table.  You have table units set to "Lambda", but you have entered the table values in AFR.  Enter your cal table data in Lambda units then if you want PC Link to display AFR, you change this in >options>units>options

i have already sat the units to afr.

and how can i convert my arf values to lambda? Plx provide volt to afr only

I'm at work on my phone so I can't check ur file, but I'd make sure you have the latest firmware.

When you say it's wrong how far out is it?

at quick tune only reads something like 30-40 but at an1 ( wideband ) lambda reads the right values such as 13.00 afr

  5. Hello guys i just connect my g4 plus PNP. Celica St205.

I try to connect it with my PLX wideband.

I cancel nb oxy chanel and make it lambda1 i tied up with cal table7 .

At configuration label-Analog-AN1(wideband) Lambda seems to read exactly as my Plx but at Quick tune its wrong. What am i missing?

  6. Look for pinouts on the 1zz coil.

I connected the +12 to the original coil power supply coming out from the fuse box, -ve to a grounding point on the engine block itself, and IGT (trigger) to the appropriate ignition outputs from the ECU according to cylinder number. It's nothing complicated, the ECU settings will handle the rest. The IGF pin on the coil is not used.

Thank you very much! You are a life saver!!!

Can you send me a map of you to copy just the settings?

I found one before a couple of days but i want to be sure.

  7. I setup and wired my cop conversion then I set it up in the ecu (dwell tines and so on)  got it running and idling then I took the car to be dyno tuned but it wasn't a very good tune and I've been trimming the fuel as it was just too rich

Have you any diagram for wiring or a forum threat, if you follow one?

  8. I converted my celica st205 recently its pretty straightforward to do, I made my own loom for the 1zz coils, I did have to offset the timing by 360 degrees to get it to run though

    Hello Adzn3k.
only this change you made for cop or I must to change and other parameters?
I have the stock ign system for now but it start to missfire at high boost! It's time for upgrade!
Do you tune your Link alone?

  9. As far as a base calibration, there is one in the "Base Maps" file that is downloaded with the link software.

What needs to be changed, you will have to wire in individual coils and modify the wiring to suit.

The pinout for the ecu is also in the help file in the software.

    Thank you very much!!!

  10. Hello guys i just order my Tst205+ with 4bar map for my mr2. It arrives at 20 days!
