Wow - okay thats very helpful. That picture above was IMMENSELY helpful. Thank you a ton for all of your help here - it's very appreciated.

Alright well seems thats just naming convention then. and I can name everything " properly " WIth just the correct cam plugged in I did two triggerscopes. Earlier one is with it called Inlet RH as above and the latter with it as inlet LH I'll adjust the naming throoughout
-
I will reverify this in the morning. WHen I did a trigger scope , i plugged and un plugged every connector. This was the only one that ended up showing a signal on crank. I cross referenced this with the VVTI solenoids which I also did a similar test on. ( PWM test instead )

Alright so the oil fill side is left. Well Thats where it is run to. Geez what a pain though on the naming conventions. The side im pointing to here is listed as " RH " in the PC Link Software. I will double check this tomorrow but I was on line with Link tech support earlier doing trigger scopes and this is what we discovered.

Trigger issue solved. ONe final issue before ready to start though - Looks like in the confusion of how toyota calls the banks (LH, Rear, etc ) Trig2 was wired to The FRONT( RIGHT from facing crank onwards ) , intake cam. The software allows me to change from inlet/lh to inlet/rh Is this acceptable?

So here are my trigger scopes as well as most up to date cal file. Any thoughts here as I'm officially out of my depth haha link base tune+pre-start.pclr Trigger Scope Log 2021-11-3 4;52;40 pm.llg Trigger Scope Log 2021-11-5 10;28;57 am.llg Trigger Scope Log 2021-11-5 10;31;49 am.llg Trigger Scope Log 2021-11-5 10;39;49 am.llg Trigger Scope Log 2021-11-5 10;40;49 am.llg

TPS Issue resolved. Was just wired backwards.

Here is the attempted throttle calibration. throttle_cal_attempt.llg

Alright I believe this log file should help. The RS3 setting worked - thank you! You'll see that when I plug in the throttle body it just defaults to completely open. (i'll add another trying to calibrate likely before you see this post. ) I'm manually moving the throttle body which is why you see the voltage change on TPS Main https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1PziWfXCP0H-xSACAqJRJ3RP7XoBtJfhjWexm3TY8Zys/edit#gid=0 Also here is the current tune file and the wiring diagram. current_map.pclr throttle log.llg

Test PWM function worked flawlessly. Thank you. Will confirm the cam sensors when i can go crank... No headway on the TPS issue above. APS calibrated fine. TPS values measured by hand are as follows: TPS Main - AN 1 TPS Sub - AN 5 TPS Main closed - .670V TPS Main Open - 4.409V TPS Sub Closed - 2.209V TPS Sub Open - 4.951V TPS Main DOES change voltage over the full course of the throttle plate travel ---- Sorry for the many subjects but as we're on completely different timezones. I figure I should give as much info as possible. IN the Link/AiM MXG I'm wanting to display Ethanol Content.. I have this setup in the ecu but I am unable to see Ethanol Content as an option in the ECU Stream menu in RS3. Any ideas here? Thanks a ton!

Understood. Thank you Vaughn! Test function in PWM mode should allow me to hear the solenoid pulsing similar to a coil or injector test? Attempting to calibrate the TPS and getting " Error : Max DC 80% " any idea what this could be from?
-
Just played with a few settings here. Not really sure what could be wrong at this point.
-
Well I'll hold off on that then lol cheers.

Do you know if its possible to change the color of the RPM overlay on the display layouts that are pre loaded?
-
Great that worked perfectly. I'm also considering using LED1 and LED 5 as turn signals. Do I just run those into the OEM turn signals and configure in dash? Also want to do Fuel Level.. Any idea how to accomplish this? Vehicle is 1991 SW20 MR2

Great news. Finished up the harness and am currently testing some functions. I've attached a pinout as well as the current map for anyone's review - any help would be greatly appreciated. First - I'm wondering how I can test the cam sensors and VVT Solenoids? I want to ensure I have them assigned correctly and also functioning properly. Secondly - I'm getting an error when I attemp to calibrate E throttle. All values have voltage but I get " E-Throttle Relay not Selected. " Well - there is no E-throttle relay being used in my current setup. I remember previously ( also with no relay ) being able to just calibrate and be off to the races! Is there something off in my calibration? Or a setting thats mis assigned? Thank you! Another question here now that I've got it connected. I tried to follow the video link provides on how to configure/import configurations.. Yet unfortunately I do not have an option anywhere to import the configuration that is currently on the unit. I can see it connected, see liver parameters, change logos, etc but I am completely unable to import whats stored on it via RaceStudio3. Am I missing something?

Hi all - Few more questions as I wrap up. The ACIS valve, what would you consider this in the software? How would it be configured? I have it as Aux 6 currently.

Hi there - I've just purchased a Link/AiM MXG and am excited to get to using it. I'm curious though. With the AiM rear camera that can plug in directly to the back of the dash... how do you activate it? Is it to be wired onto a switch? Wired into reverse lights? Can one of the buttons on the dash be configured to turn it on? is there a picture in picture function where I can have it running in the corner of one of my dash displays? Thank you! Sorry missed that bit - an G4+ Xtreme. the map you see without 10/11 showing was given to me and im using this as my base. Not sure what ecu this was on. The one with 10/11 showing is my old 3sgte map Oooo I see. The map thinks its on a Fury. This makes sense. I'll just edit the other map then.

Another quick one for ya. AN Volt 9 and An Volt 10. I had them on previously in my old map for APS Main and APS Sub but using the basemap above as a starting point ( assigning my own I/O and such ), I can't seem to find An Volt 9 and 10.. Is there a setting I need to tick for this? Thanks!
