Followed the installation manual for pre starting the car. - turn fuel OFF -Calibrate Trigger but when Calibration trigger, the timing light does not flash, remove the coils and spark plug to see if there is spark, No spark on 4 plugs. titawgo
I also tried pluging in the stock ECM again to check if there is spark, there is spark on the stock ECM. By the way, the crank and cam trigger I'm using is still the OEM ones.
cj
Run each of the spark tests and confirm you have the correct coil firing for 1-4, and that there is spark occurring during each test. If no spark, check the wiring to your coils. If you do have spark during a test, then start looking for trigger errors - do you see rpm while cranking? Can you grab a trigger scope while cranking? Hi Cj, Run ignition test ignition #1 spark plug 1and 4 fires Run ignition test ignition #2 spark plug 2 and 3 fires When cranking with out spark plug in the cylinder head, the RPM stays 0. cj
sounds like a triggering issue. grab a trigger scope while cranking the engine and see if you are getting any signal on crank and cam sensors.
