R53 Inconsistent Rich/Lean Cruising

First time posting but I am running out of options and I am hoping you all can provide some insight.

Concern: There is a spot on the map that is inconsistently very rich or lean. This spot is at almost all rpms at the same area of load, between -5.8psi and 0psi. It seemed like -5.8 was super rich (9-10 on the wideband) and -2.9 was very lean (22.4 on wideband) I added some fuel in this lean spot and was able to get it to the 18-19afr range. My issue with this is it creating a very large spike in the map which I can only assume means we are compensating for another issue.

When driving through this area, it creating a very large buck, sometimes breaking traction. (230whp with re71rs so it is pretty aggressive) This is also right at cruising load for any flat roads at most speeds. Driving down the interstate has become an in-boost or coasting driving style. This concern is consistent with 93 and E85.

What we have tried: The tuner working on the car has been playing with several things but cannot seem to find it. We have ruled out mechanical issues as the car runs great on the factory ECU in this area. We closed the plug gap just a little to see if it may have been blowing out spark at the transition from vacuum to boost with no luck. In boost, the car runs fantastic and pulls clean and consistent. CLL helps make it a little more manageable to get the car around town and to events but it occurs whether CLL is on or off.

Car Info:

2004 Mini Cooper S (Supercharged 1.6 SOHC 8.3:1 stock bottom end and valvetrain)

17% pulley (14ish psi at redline)

Catcam 469 (pretty aggressive)

I/H/E

ID 1050X injectors

Conti Flex fuel sensor (80%E most of the time)

I can provide more details but those should have the most impact on the tune.

Request: I am just hoping you all can point us in the right direction or give us something to try. I have attached the tune we have been playing with that has been the best yet (still has some idle and cold start issues to keep playing with). I can get logs if that would help. I am still pretty new to this which is why I am working with a tuner, but this is a little different than what he is used to. If you all need logs, can you tell me what channels you would like me to record?

A log would be helpful - but there is quite a bit wrong in that tune, it really needs starting over.

You have a lambda target overlay enabled making the lambda target 0.5 richer the whole time - i.e you are trying to target 0.559 Lambda at idle?  I highly doubt it would run at that so I suspect that means the turner has ignored the lambda target?  God knows how Closed loop lambda is meant to ever get it there...

IAT trim should be turned off for modelled mode, the charge temp approximation takes care of air density changes due to temperature.  With that enabled you will have twice as much air temp compensation happening.

You have warm up enrichment adding fuel if coolant temp goes above 100C? Your stored statistics show you have reached 118°C coolant temp and 97°C IAT in the past so this and the IAT trim are going to have a big effect.

Your VE numbers look all wrong - I assume this is possibly due to the lambda target overlay adding so much fuel but something is way off.  If everything is set up right you would typically have numbers around 50-60% at idle and 100-120% at peak torque.  You have 30% at idle and 70% at peak torque.

So, start by turning off the Lambda target overlay, turn off IAT trim, zero out the warm-up enrichment, then start fresh on the fuel table and tune it to match the commanded target lambda.
