That is exactly the reason there is no built-in calibration, the early AEM gauges where terrible, not only did they not have a analog ground so you will have a variable ground offset to compensate for, but the analog output was also quite variable, so no two gauges will end up with the same cal.  

Use cal 4/5/6, start with the numbers from the gauge datasheet and offset from there until your ecu matches the gauge as best as it can.

I see. Thanks. Wish i'd have just got an X-series to replace this one (came on the car) but it's too late now!
