FukuGTR
I am hoping someone would be able confirm if the unused analogue inputs such as AFM 1 and 2 signals and the narrow band O2 sensor signals could be re purposed for pressure and temperature signals using Bosch 0261230340 sensors,as well as using the unused fuel pump speed control outputs to the factory fuel pump control unit to stage two T.I 460lph fuel pumps. Are the inputs/outputs able to be re-configured in the G4+ to suit these wanted changes with the sensor signals and output changes to stage the fuel pumps? Other than the wiring/connector and terminal/pin changes to suit the install and re purpose of the inputs/outputs for the sensors and pumps are any other wiring changes such as pull up resistors etc required? I would like to use all the factory inouts/outputs before using the expansion harnesses if at all possible. Engine is using the G4+ internal MAP sensor,Xspurt 1170cc injectors,PRP crank and cam sensor kits,PRP R35 coil kit,Link CAN Lambda,RB25 NEO based VCT,Bosch 0261230340 pressure and temp sensors for fuel, oil and coolant temp/pressure,Continental E85 sensor and AIM MXP Dash. Thanks in advance for any assistance!
Adamw
Yes, all of those are useable as assignable inputs/outputs. If you use an analog volt input for a temp sensor it will need an external pull-up added. See help file page: Wiring Information > Input Signal Wiring > Analog Inputs > Temperature Sensors > Using voltage channels with NTC sensors
FukuGTR
Hi Adam, Thanks for the confirmation,I thought they would be after reading through the help section of PClink, but though I would confirm before I remove the harness and rewire.
