Two issues.  

1. Trigger 1 is only changing between 0 and 0.5V.  It should be more like 0 & 4.0V.  0.5V is not a correct signal for a hall effect sensor.   So most likely you have the sensor wiring wrong.
2. You've got trigger 1 set to 12 teeth on cam.  Dont those kit have 12 on crank?  

 

Also, it would be better to set trigger 2 edge to rising as the falling edge is quite close to a trigger 1 edge so they could potentially clash.

We swapped the wiring and tried that seetings still no signal no spark

So you have correct voltage showing in the scope now?  Can you attach a new scope and map?

You still only have 0.5V maximum on trigger 1.  It needs to be an absolute minimum of 1.5V to work, but you should have more like 4.3V as your trigger 2 sensor shows.
