Poseidon
Have a map-controlled thermostat. it currently opens at 94 degrees. would like at partial load that it only opens from 107 degrees and at full load at 94 degrees. At part load it saves fuel at higher temperatures. How can this best be implemented? The output is currently ign7

Adamw
You can use whatever conditions you like, but the logic would be something similar to below. Thermostat turns on when ECT is >107 OR high load conditions are met (virtual aux 1).
Poseidon
I did it. However, it would still be possible that the Aux does not switch on immediately when you press it once, but when you come to the full load range several times within a short period of time
Adamw
I cant think of a good way to do that, you would need a counter function coupled with a timer to trigger something like you propose. If you want to do something that complex you will really need something like an external microcontroller to handle the logic. You maybe better using some other parameter to indicate high load has been used for a period such as high IAT.
